Dreame Technology Plans Series of Spin-Off IPOs From Late 2026

Chinese smart appliance maker Dreame Technology plans to list multiple business units on global stock exchanges, a move that signals a strategic push to spin off parts of its sprawling consumer tech ecosystem.

The initiative, set to begin from the end of 2026, was announced by the company’s founder, Yu Hao, in a social media post on Wednesday. According to his statement, several businesses under the Dreame ecosystem are preparing for a "batch of IPOs" across various international exchanges.

A person familiar with the matter confirmed the plans, adding that individual business units within Dreame Technology currently have separate roadmaps for going public. This structure suggests a deliberate strategy to create more focused, publicly-traded entities rather than pursuing a single listing for the parent company.

The move could unlock significant value for the company and offer investors more direct exposure to specific high-growth segments within Dreame's portfolio, which ranges from robotic vacuums to high-speed hair dryers. It also reflects a wider trend of established Chinese technology firms spinning off mature business lines to fuel further growth and enhance market valuations.
